Cocktail Stations or Buffet Stations consist of artistically arranged presentations for your guests to enjoy either as part of the Cocktail Reception before a seated meal or as part of a Heavy Cocktail Reception or Buffet with partial seating.

While French Classical, Nouvelle and Mediterranean Cuisines have always been at the core of our catering menus, we have had significant experience preparing other international cuisines. Following are some examples of our catering experience in these areas. International dishes are often used to add variety to Appetizer and Buffet Stations. A Mexican buffet is an example of an informal, festive buffet in a client's home.
