Technical Details
| SIZE | 2500 square foot Great Room and 450 square foot Garden Room. 30 foot wide carriage house, 85 feet deep, high beamed ceilings. |
| CAPACITIES | 25 to 106 seated comfortably, with dancing; more for cocktail reception. Outstanding and intimate enough for groups as small as 25. Very comfortable for 106 seated in half the Great Room. Up to 40 can have a reception in the Garden Room, and 50 can have a ceremony there. |
| ROOMS | Great Room and Garden Room. Large antique bathroom. |
| ELEVATOR | Huge freight elevator, transporting passengers and catering things easy. |
| TRANSPORT | Subway 1, F, A, C, E and V within two blocks. Taxis on 6th Ave. |
| PARKING | Lowest cost parking on Houston Street and on King Street just west of Greenwich Street, about $15.00 for the evening. Other more expensive garages closer, which can be upwards of $30.00. |
| MAINTENANCE | Beautifully maintained carriage house, including well-kept indoor garden wall and many other trees and plants. |
| EVENTS | One event at a time. Every kind of day and evening event. Also shoots. |
| AUDIOVISUAL | Flat panel TV, podium, wired and wireless microphone, cable music system, stereo system, iPod connection, tripod screen, phone line available, wifi. |
